Where discrepancies or failures in internal controls are identified these are reported to the governing body in a timely manner inclusive of our recommendations for corrective action. Our Guarantee

When you choose us, you can count on the following:

1.  Fixed fees agreed up-front. We know that you don't like surprises, and everyone has limitations in their budgets. We believe that when we are engaged to provide services to you it is with the good faith of all parties, and we undertake to complete the engagement within the agreed terms. If an unforeseen genuine reason arises where additional fees may be considered, we would discuss these with you, but no extra charge would be incurred unless you give consent. If we cannot convince you that additional work is required then the matter will go no further, the engagement will be completed and no additional fees outside of what was agreed in the engagement letter will be charged. As we are there for the long haul we strive for win-win outcomes, but no nasty surprises!

2.  Deadlines honoured. We believe that the success of our practice lives and dies by how well we meet your deadlines. When we are engaged by you we will agree a reasonable deadline after consideration of the known commitments of all parties, and we will then honour the agreed deadline!
